1. When using
lathes, they should be properly trained or under the supervision of qualified
personnel. Machine operation is strictly prohibited without permission.
2. Work with
the correct tool and replace the worn tool immediately. The replacement tool
should be on the tool holder. When the tool or equipment is not in use, the
tool should be placed on a tool holder or on a work bench.
3. The work
around the machine should be well organized and rectified, and the smoothness
of the channel and the machine should be maintained.
4. When
operating the lathe, wear appropriate personal protective equipment: safety
glasses, safety shoes, work clothes. Don't wear rings, watches, etc.
5. Don't
replace the tool or work piece before removing the machine. Do not remove the
protective cover.
6. Before
starting the lathe, it is necessary to check whether the machine operation is
normal, the wear of the various parts of the machine, the rotation direction of
the lubricating oil, the chuck, and the position of the machine stop switch.
7. Control
devices activated by safety gates should be installed to ensure that the system
can operate only when the safety door is closed.
8. When the
safety door is opened, there should be a mechanical interlock to prevent the
machine from malfunctioning. The interlocking device should have the function
of adjusting the size of the workpiece.
9. The
machine's moving and holding mechanism should be protected by a fixed enclosure
to protect the machine operation and maintenance personnel.
10. The emergency stop device should be installed
where the operator can easily reach and contact.
11. The voltage of the control electrical circuit
should be less than 110 volts.
12. All lines should be inside the conduit and the
control mechanism should have locking devices.
13. When it is not possible to install or use the
safety door due to the use of an accessory device, both hands should be
installed and the control device should be activated to ensure that the
operator's hands can stay away from dangerous points while the machine is in
operation.
14. Using the lathe's operating environment, dust
explosions, burning of volatile materials, or fire of finished products may
occur. Fire protection measures must be taken.
15. The environmental sorting and rectification work,
the proper maintenance and overhaul of the machine, the cleaning of the machine
itself and the removal of dust and oil are effective ways to prevent the
occurrence of fire. Fireworks should be strictly prohibited in the factory
area.

1.
使用車床加工時，應受過適當的訓練或由合格的人員監督之下方可進行。未經許可，嚴禁進行機器操作。
2.
加工時應使用正確的刀具工作，並立即更換磨損的刀具。更換後的刀具應至於工具架上。刀具或設備不用時，應將刀具至於工具架上或工作台上。
3.
機台周圍應做好整理、整頓的工作，保持通道與機器周圍的暢通。
4.
操作車床時，應穿戴適當的個人防護具：安全眼鏡、安全鞋、工作服等。切勿穿戴戒指或手錶等。
5.
機器未停止前，不可進行更換刀具或工件的作業，也不可以取下防護罩。
6.
開動車床前，應先檢查機器運轉是否正常、機器各部分磨耗情形、潤滑油、夾頭旋轉方向、機器停止開關位置等。
7.
應裝有由安全門啟動之控制裝置，以確保只有在安全門關閉時，系統方能運作的特性。
8.
安全門打開時應有機械式互鎖裝置，防止機器誤動作。該互鎖裝置應具有配合工件大小可供調整的功能。
9.
機器的移動及挾持機構應以固定式互圍加以防護，以保護機器操作及維護人員。
10. 緊急電器停止裝置應安裝於操作員易於伸及接觸的地方。
11. 控制電器迴路之電壓應低於110伏特。
12. 所有線路應至於導管內，控制機構應有上鎖裝置。
13. 當因為使用某種附屬設備而無法安裝或使用安全門時，應安裝雙手同時啟動控制裝置以確保操作員的雙手在機器運轉時，能遠離危險點。
14. 使用車床的作業環境，可能發生粉塵爆炸、揮發性物質起火燃燒或庫成品起火的火災，應採取必要之防火措施。
15. 環境之整理整頓工作、機器的適當維護及檢修、機器本身的清潔與粉塵及油污的去除為防止火災發生的有效辦法。廠區內應嚴禁煙火。
